- Abstract
- Stress is identified as a major problem within the adolescence phase, especially in the educational context. HRV Biofeedback combined with breathing exercises had shown very positive outcomes in reducing stress and improving cognitive skills. Focus is a new intervention based on HRV biofeedback combined with deep breathing. Focus was tested in this thesis on young adolescents in the educational context. Based on the findings, many positive aspects were detected.
