Abstract
Although being a very trendy concept: HR Analytics is not yet well known neither well implemented within organizations around the world and particularly in Belgium. This thesis explores what HR Analytics is, what is is not, its role within organizations, the advantages it confers, what challenges lie ahead that could hinder the development of this new phenomenon. Experts give their opinion on this matter in order to compare these views with what is present in the literature.
