- This brief research offers both a general and then a more detailed analysis of the dispute brought to the International Court of Justice by Germany against Italy, who did not recognize the immunity from jurisdiction, a well-established customary international rule, regarding the violations of jus cogens perpetuated by the Third Reich during World War II on the Italian territory.
