Abstract
Our economy has recently embarked on a major transition based on the rapid development of technological assets. Called digital globalization, this evolution disrupts the way companies operate and interact with their stakeholders. This context has been conducive to the arrival of innovative and interconnected structures. Entirely built on technological capabilities, digital platforms are changing traditional growth patterns. From this observation, we decided to launch our platform in the fashion industry called Kolabs. This report aims to retrace the business reasoning of any entrepreneur wishing to undertake a digital project. We draw the limits of current theoretical frameworks in the context of digital business modeling. As a result, we provide the reader with a business plan methodology adapted to the digital age.
